Originally from Washington D.C., I was raised and live in the greater Boston area. I hold an M.A. in Documentary Photography from Ohio University and a B.S. in Journalism from Boston University.
I make pictures. I tell stories. Why? I wholeheartedly believe that everyone is made a bit better when we have the opportunity to connect to unfamiliar people, places, cultures and topics.
My studies and work have taken me around New England, the Midwest, Appalachia and abroad. I cherish the opportunity to meet so many different people, many of whom have graciously let me into their lives.
